This Weekend

These are library resources specifically designed to make looking for a job and creating a resume simple and efficient.
Sign Language Storytime: Saturday April 17th at 1pm
All ages are invited to learn new signs, songs, and stories.
Special Programs for Earth Day:
Combination Program: Wacky Science and Arts & Crafts- Recycled Jewelry Workshop
Wednesday, April 21st from 5-7pm- Make beautiful creations to wear by re-using everyday objects that you might not think of as gems or decoration.
Composting Workshop- Earth Day: April 22 @ 6:30p
We will demystify composting, discuss the benefits, look at different systems you can do yourself at home, and install a compost system for the library.
Monster Book Sale: April 24, 8am-5pm
Great prices and the opportunity to re-use materials. We are selling ALL of the VHS from the adult section as well as many donated items and books we've taken out of circulation.

All ages can listen to bilingual stories and learn new vocabulary
Conversational English: Saturdays, April 3rd and 17th at 4pm
Come
practice speaking English in a relaxed environment at your local
library. Discussions will be in small groups and will focus on
conversational topics important to you and daily life. Come with topic
ideas of your own and be ready to speak!
