| The first draft of the State's budget proposal for 2012-13 shows a 99% decrease in state funding for local library aid programs . Contact your state representative and senator, the governor, and lieutenant governor and let them know this hurts our community! Write a letter to the editor about this issue! Come to the Capitol on Wednesday, February 16, and participate in Legislative Day — we’ll be gathering to let them know how much our libraries mean to our communities! |

Wine, Women & Words Book Club Monday, February 21 at 7pm Join the most established reading group at the library. This month will feature Cheap Cabernet by Cathie Beck, who will be joining the discussion live online. |

| Pajama Storytime Starting Tuesday, January 4th, we're having a pajama party every week. All ages are invited to come in their pajamas at 7pm on Tuesdays for a bedtime story. |

Thursday Night is Free Family Fun Night at 6pm
1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month- Family Game Night: Enjoy a selection of family games to play with your friends and family. If you want to learn chess, we’ll have a master teacher. 2nd Thursday of the month- Video Game Challenge (ages 8+) Wii games appropriate for you to enjoy together. 4th Thursday of the month- Family Movie Night: Watch a G or PG movie with your family and neighbors. |
