The library is still hosting programs & events for all ages, even during the COVID-19 closure!  Below are upcoming virtual programs - look under each program for details on how to participate.

Virtual Resume Review by Email

Reviews are limited based on staff availability.  To request a review, please email us at staff@wblibrary.org.  A librarian will respond to arrange your review and send instructions on submitting your resumé.

Newcomers are always welcome, whether you've read the book or not! We get together monthly to discuss the book selected by a group member but communicate by email between times.

Zoom Craft Along

Every Wednesday from 6:00-8:00pm

Join the Wells Branch Community Library DIY group as we work on new projects and techniques, get help on tricky issues, and just enjoy spending time with other crafters.

Mocktails Social Hour via Zoom

Saturday, August 15 at 1:00pm

Learn to make a selection of delicious alcohol-free drink concoctions while socializing with others over Zoom! Follow along with the recipes using the ingredients listed on our website, or join in for a social discussion with your own beverage of choice. No registration necessary. Log-in information will be posted to the library's website one day prior to the event. Recommended for adults.

Join us for a virtual meeting of our LEGO Lab program. Get your LEGOs ready for a new building challenge each week and share your latest creations in a LEGO show & tell. Ages 4-12.

Read Riordan Book Club: Aru Shah and the End of Time by Roshani Chokshi
Friday, August 21st at 5:00pm
Join us for an exciting book club that explores the books in the Rick Riordan Presents series. Each month, we will read, discuss, do trivia, and activities in a Zoom room led by our Children's Librarians. All of the Rick Riordan Presents books are available to checkout for free with no waiting lists in the Library's Hoopla App. The books are recommended for ages 8-12.

Watercolor Workshops on Facebook
