Around the World Tea: Japan Saturday, May 18th at 10:30am (registration required) An event for children ages 5+ to discover Japanese tea culture through learning about and seeing a live Japanese Tea Ceremony. Registration begins May 1st.
	Flower Arranging Workshop Saturday, May 18th at 2:00pm (registration required) Interested in learning the basics of flower arrangement? Sign up for our Flower Arranging Workshop! A former professional florist will show you how to make a beautiful spring wreath, which you can keep!
Car Care Workshop Saturday, May 25th at 10:30am Want to learn the basics of automobile maintenance? Come to our Car Care Program! Professional mechanics will walk you through some basic repairs, and teach you what to look for when your car isn’t working.
	Thank you, Friends of the Library! The Garage Sale on May 4th not only helped more than 50 neighbors clean out their homes and bring in some cash, but it raised almost $1000 for the library!  That money will go to sponsor prizes for the summer reading program, a special Spider Guy show, and more.
The library will be closed on Monday, May 27th, in observance of Memorial Day.
