Meeting Room rentals for anything from a baby shower or graduation dinner to a conference or management meeting.

We have 3 Meeting Rooms available for groups or individuals to rent for meetings and private events.  Rentals are NOT confined to library hours.  Rooms can be rented anytime between 7am and 10pm.  Tables, chairs, data ports, wireless internet, and kitchen access are available in all rooms.  Contact the library for availability.  

Paperwork and payment required for rental must be completed in person at the library between the hours of 10am and 7:30pm Monday-Thursday, 10am and 5:30pm Friday and Saturday, and 1pm and 5:30pm Sunday.  Please call the library to make an appointment if you would like to rent a room.

Fee Schedule for Meeting Rooms

  • A $100 security deposit is required for private individuals renting the large meeting room. A $50 deposit is required for all other rentals. Deposits are payable by credit card or cash.  Kitchen use is included in rental costs.
  • Large Meeting Room: Minimum Rental Time of 2 hours
    Capacity: 75, 950 square feet
    In-District $25 per hour, Out of District $35 per hour
  • Small Meeting Room: Capacity: 16, 230 Square Feet
    In District $10 per hour, Out of District $15 per hour
  • Board Room: Capacity: 15, 225 Square Feet
    In District $15 per hour, Out of District $20 per hour
